Deep Cleaning

Includes everything under General Cleaning plus the following:

Air vents / bathroom fans dusted
 Stairs (vacuumed, Wood washed with Murphy’s Oil Soap)
 Light switches / plates sanitized
 Doorknobs sanitized
 Sweep under beds
 Ceiling fans dusted (hand washed or wiped)
 Light fixtures (dusted and or hand washed in place / not removed)
 Cobwebs removed (if any)
 Blinds dusted (or hand wiped)
 Door frames dusted / Crown moldings
 Baseboards (hand washed or wiped / reachable with out moving furniture)
 Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)
 Stove top and drip pan (scrubbed)
 Stove top grates removed and hand washed
 Microwave hood degreased and wiped
 All exterior cabinet fronts (washed with Murphy Oil soap)
 Under cabinets hand wiped
 Tubs and showers (double scrubbed if buildup)
 Windowsills / window areas (hand washed or wiped)
 Furniture (Polished front, side, and legs)
 All doors (hand washed)
 Curtains and rods dusted
 Closets Vacuumed / and or swept

*It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate and clean efficiently.

We do not climb higher than a three-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach un-visible places either by hand or extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand. We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Mini-blinds are only dusted due to their fragile nature. Excessive build-up may require extra attention. Please allow for some dust re-settlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent that entirely.
